Useful Links to find Kpop, Cpop,Hong Kong News, Japanese fashion and Jrock information.

Its really quite diffcult sometimes to find places to find the videos, you want to watch or up to date information that is translated to a language you can read, right?

YouTube does not have full series of Hong Kong dramas and I find this incredibly irritating, I was lucky to find this link recently:

Http://azndrama.net which not only has Hong Kong dramas but Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese (?), although the Hong Kong dramas, I've watched have no english subtitles.

Otherwise, you can try www.MySoju.com (although, currently the website is under construction so its down (not working)) for Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese dramas/films. It says Hong Kong ones too but I haven't found any at the moment.

For news about Hong Kong celebrity news theres: www.jaynestars.com --> really good, written in good, readable english and has information about a lot of stars.

For Chinese/Taiwanese music updates

There is www.CpopAccess.com although it seems like they stop updating recently. If you know another site, please let me know, otherwise when I find another site, I will update it here.

For Japanese news:

If you like Jpop more then try: www.tokyohive.com although, it covers some information about VK bands but the big established ones.

If you like VK bands or Jrock bands then try: www.shattered-tranquility.net or http://jrockoftheday.livejournal.com (although, they stopped updating this site and move onto a different one, there's a link on their that tells you where they write/update now) I still find it useful as it has lots of profiles on lots of different musicians.

Almost forgot, www.jaMe.com contains a kind of bio thing about Mana, which I'm sure Mana fans will be interested in plus lots of interesting information with other Vk and non-vk musicians in the Japanese music industry.

For Japanese fashion:

Currently, I only use one website which is popular with lots of people: www.tokyofashion.com ---> I enjoy reading their street snaps, a lot of inspiration for dressing a little more flamboyant and a little more different.

For Kpop news

There is a bunch of sites! Because Kpop is spreading~ fast! LOL. I'm cool with it because after all I'm a Kpop fan too. Anyways, here are the sites!

www.soompi.com (they also have a shop filled with kpop merchandise)

www.allkpop.com (this one and soompi are the two big sites, I believe, they have the most and perhaps detailed information)

~Today~

Today was 28 degrees, very hot, I went shopping with my friends Ellen, Gabriela, Toby, Andrew and Anthony, we walked around the local shopping centre, there's a shop called Obento, it sells the nicest chicken Katsu Curry but today I wanted to buy some sushi and it wasn't opened, I also dragged my friend Gabriela around for nothing which I felt bad about!

I just went to the supermarket and bought some cheap sushi, that tasted okay, the tuna one was kinda dry and I drank some Melon and Strawberry with mint drink, I was too distracted by it's exotic colours to notice the hint of mint part, it taste better than expected.

I guess you want to know what I bought, at first I didn't buy anything because I spent a lot on lunch but Accessorize was having a big sale...well at least some of their stuff and I got a trainer necklace and the laces are like real if that makes sense, I got a piggy ring because my Chinese star sign is a 'Pig' so I tend to buy pig related items, and have many piggy soft toys as a child.

I only bought two sets of elastics, red and blue and two packets of beads, a pink pearly round beads set and rainbow coloured hearts, I wanted to make my own cute bracelets, I've seen items on Cute Can Kill and all the items are very cute~ I wanted to know where I could buy beads in Teddy Bear shapes and other shapes~ I'm a really big fan of Sweet Lolita stuff but I don't own any shoes or dresses sadly~.

I have seen many cute things on the Baby The Stars Shine Bright website and Hizaki of Hizaki Grace Project ---> Versailles modelling some of their clothes whilst Kamijo of Lareine ---> Versailles modelled some clothes from the Alice and The Pirates line. The Japanese fashion is very diverse and that's why I like it.

Anthony and Andrew went home first and the rest of us went to find Toby a tennis racket, I'm just going to teach him how to play tennis, I've played for 8 years, I'm not an expert but I'm sure I can teach my friend the basic skills and to play a proper game, like with everything, I have good and bad days!

Afterwards, we went to a park, played on the swings and then we went home! Now, I'm waiting for my dinner, I'm very hungry, its been a long day~

I've eaten dinner now, my mum made Nachos with cheese, plain Nachos with Guacomole, the remaing leftovers of Colesaw, Potato Salad, Chicken and Sausages. It was so yummy, being under the sun, I think you don't realise that your hungry, until I came home sat down and start writing this post.... ^_^

Right now, me and my dad are really into a popular old Hong Kong drama called Healing Hands, I need to watch the second and third series, its a Medical drama, I recommend it! 

My favourite TVB Actors

This is not in any particular order.

I generally don't like male actors that are too musclar and become annoying very easily on and off screen. Fortunately, I don't hate anyone in TVB in terms of their actors. This is just my opinion.

1. Kenneth Ma, his cute smile and humble personality makes me really drawn to watch Kenneth, also despite only watching his role in The Other Truth as villian Alex Kong, his acting shone through, he was able to convert his emotions wonderfully. Kenneth has been in the industry for 12 years, if I remember correctly and is single???? WHY? I mean COME ON, who wouldn't like Kenneth? he's so handsome. Anyways, enough fangirling moving on. <3

2. Moses Chan, has a very upbeat and sunny personality well at least on-screen, his characters are usually care-free and happy, i've never seen him play a villian before so I should ones where he plays some bad characters, so I can review his acting better. He is currently dating TVB actress Aimee Chan, Moses is really sweet and is always laughing and always full of smiles, which is a good thing, I can't stand celebrities that don't smile at all.

3. Raymond Wong Ho-Yin, honestly I thought Raymond was cute compared to other actors, I think his face isn't as mature as other actors. He is also a father to his son Kayden. He has a friendly look about him, he's not someone that I would feel annoyed at watching him on screen, when he appears on the screen or speaks his lines in his drama/film. Good Luck Raymond for the future! Add oil!

4. Ruco Chan, I guess Ruco is a fairly new actor for me, i've not seen him in any other dramas that I have watched, although i've heard that he played a few minor villian roles previously, but he was great as Keith Lau, he made the character seem loyal and friendly, someone who you could trust to fight for your case, fight for justice. Anyways, in the future I hope TVB will give Ruco more 'good' lead roles instead of villian characters. All the best for the future Ruco, always support you!

5. Sammul Chan, I don't why but I think Sammul has such an adorable, baby kind of face, he's really sweet looking, I have watched Sammul in TVB dramas before but right now, I can't pin point which ones but I know his face, it's really familiar. He's just one of those people, you can't hate, he's too loveable <3
